Clan sign Jade Galbraith
The Braehead Clan are delighted to announce that the first signing by new Player/Coach Drew Bannister is the Elite League’s top player of the last three seasons. A clear goal scorer and points leader, Jade Galbraith amassed 237 points in 164 games for the Panthers, winning 4 trophies and culminating in his selection last season for the Elite All Stars v Boston Bruins, where he scored the only goal of the game for the All Stars. Other major signings are to be announced shortly and we are hopeful of having a squad of players capable of improving on the excellent 5th place in the League which we achieved in our first season last year.
Player/Coach Drew Bannister had the following to say on the signing “I'm very excited to have Jade this season as a player for the clan. I've talked with Jade over the past weeks and he is excited to come on board with the Clan and help us build a winning tradition. Jade's talents speak for themselves, he's an offensive threat, and will improve our offense this coming season”.
