With NHL CBA talks still on going, Braehead Clan are delighted to confirm today that #20 Drew Miller will be available to play this weekend and will ice in his last Clan match at HOME this Saturday! It was thought that Miller would have to fly out this weekend, but with no final resolution between the NHL and NHLPA, this gives Drew the weekend before he has to fly out.
Not only is Saturday’s match against the Fife Flyers a vital Gardner Conference match for both sides, it’s your chance to bid a final farewell to the Clan’s NHL lock-out signing. The club has been extremely fortunate to benefit from Drew’s talents for the past 3 months, and we hope you can join us on Saturday night, 7pm to send Drew off in typical Clan style; loud, proud and purple!
For your chance to see Miller ice in that famous purple jersey at home, just one last time, get to the game tomorrow against local rivals Fife Flyers, and watch the star in action before he fly’s home to Detroit.
