Clan Captain Jordan Krestanovich back for season 2012/2013
Braehead Clan are delighted to announce that Clan Captain Jordan Krestanovich will be back at Braehead for the 2012/2013 season. The fan favourite has been with the Clan since mid way through season one, and has quickly become one of the top players in the EIHL. Krestanovich finished the 2011/2012 season with 69 points from 50 games. The 6’1 Canadian will be looking to maintain the same high standards on his return for next season.
A club spokesperson had the following to say on the signing news “We are delighted to have Jordan back for the 2012/2013 season. He is a great guy both on and off the ice. He brings speed to the team and is an extremely skilled player. He works well with the younger guys on the team and is a leader in the room. We are looking forward to welcoming Jordan and his family back to Braehead for next season and we have no doubt that both his team mates and the fans will be happy to see him back”.
Krestanovich added “I am really pleased to have finalised my deal with the Clan, and look forward to coming back next season. I have really enjoyed my time with the Clan. The fans are amazing, so passionate about the team and the sport, it’s great to have such loyal fans. The organization is moving in the right direction. I have been a part of this team since season one, when we were laying the foundations for this team, and I am really proud to have been a part of this, we have gone from strength to strength in terms of our fan base, crowds etc, and I know that we will continue to improve on the ice and be a top team in this league.”
