Just a few weeks into the off season Braehead Clan are delighted to announce that they have made the first of their summer signings. The Clan’s #4 from their 2011/2012 season, Sam Zajac, has put pen to paper and will be back in Clan colours for the 2012/2013 season.
The 22-year old defenceman is already looking forward to his next season with the Braehead Arena based team;
“I really enjoyed my season at the Clan; it’s a great organisation, with a great fanbase in a great city so it was an easy decision for me when the offer was put to me to return next season. I’m happy to have signed up at this point in the off season, it means I can enjoy my summer, work on my fitness and just look forward to being back at Braehead for my second season.”
Zajac joins already confirmed fellow Brits Matt Haywood and Adam Walker on the 2012/2013 roster. Matt and Adam’s signings were confirmed a few weeks ago and the Clan look forward to welcoming them back in Glasgow in August/September time.
